「An ode to Normandy（ノルマンディー地方への頌歌）」
「Le temps retrouvé」は、都会暮らしの少女が生まれ故郷の田舎に帰省する様子をイメージしたシリーズ。
冬の間、天候は明るい日差しと朗らかな灰色との間で揺れ動き、ノルマンディーの風景と農場での生活が物語の中心となるテーマです。
弾けるような笑いとメランコリーの狭間で、カラフルな衣装は心の状態や冒険への欲求、深刻に考え過ぎない姿勢を反映しています。
このシリーズの主なインスピレーション源となったのは、私の幼少期と青春時代。
ノルマンディー地方への頌歌であるこのプロジェクトは、私にとって初の長編フィルムでもあり、寒さと長靴が当たり前だった撮影を支えてくれた素晴らしいチームがあってこそ完成した作品です。
“Le temps retrouvé” is a series imagined as a city girl returning home to her native countryside.
The landscapes of Normandy and the world of the farm are the central theme, during the winter when the weather oscillates between bright sunshine and cheerful grayness.
Between bursts of laughter and melancholy, the colorful outfits reflect a state of mind, a desire for adventure and a refusal to take oneself too seriously.
My childhood and adolescence are the primary sources of inspiration for this series.
An ode to a region, Normandy, this project is also my first feature film, made possible by an incredible team who supported me in this project, where cold weather and rubber boots were the order of the day.
