「華（ひととなり）」
変化変容していく中でも揺るぎないもの。
それはこの世に生まれた瞬間からとても大きな可能性を秘めている。
時や経験、出会いを経ていく中で、まっさらなものに段々と色がつき、やがて毛虫が蝶になるような劇的な変化を遂げていく。
未来像はまだ霧の中。
しかし、志に向かって歩み出した時から、徐々に形になり始め、しっかりと未来を照らしていく。
なぜなら「ひととなり」として、元々大輪の華（個性）を兼ね備えているから。
ただただ安心して進んでいくのみ。
Amidst constant transformation, there remains something unwavering.
From the moment we are born into this world, it holds immense potential.
As time passes, experiences and encounters accumulate, this blank gradually takes on color, eventually undergoing a dramatic metamorphosis like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly.
The vision of the future abides in mist.
Yet, from the moment one begins walking toward their aspirations, it gradually takes shape, steadily illuminating the path ahead.
As a personality, we inherently possess the potential to blossom into magnificent flowers (individuality).
All we have to do is proceed with complete confidence.
