「Food in culture（文化における食）」
この作品では、文化における食との関係に焦点を当てています。
人間の身体崇拝を、私なりに解釈しました。
そこでは食べ物とそれに伴うすべてのこと——カロリー計算、オーガニック食品、そしてもちろん摂食障害も含まれます——によって自己認識が強く影響を受けます。
私にとってこれは巨大で個人的な物語です。
それは時折心のドアを叩き、極度に細身であることの必要性、数ヶ月間、適切な量と種類の食事に人生を集中させる経験、そして自身の身体について適切な認識を築くプロセスを思い起こさせます。
そして最も悲しいのは、このような記憶の持ち主が私だけではないということです。


This shooting is dedicated to relationships with food in culture.
This is my interpretation of human body cult in which self-perception strongly depends on food and everything connected with it—calorie counting, organic nutrition, and, of course, eating disorders.
For me, it's a huge personal story, which sometimes knocks in my door and reminds me of necessity of extra-skinny existence, the experience of focusing my life for months on right amounts and types of food, and the process of creating an adequate perception of my own body.
And the saddest part is that I'm not a lonely owner of such memories.
