「Every Color(すべての色)」

‘EVERY COLOR’
Black is every color.
Black is how I take my coffee.
Black is no color.

When I think about black I think about the blackboards that hung on the walls in my school when I was young.
I think about the white chalk and the sound of the pigment grinding against their matte surface.
I think about boxes and boxes of white chalk, compressed pigment - calcium carbonate.
The primary component in pearls and sea shells often sourced from slabs of marble and limestone.
I think about everything that has passed over the surface - all of the words, the drawings, the fingerprints, the erasers.

Black is everything and black is nothing.
Dense yet void, opaque yet transparent. Black is every color.
